Pre-qualification

Financing Application in Ekho Checkout

Optionally Pre-qualify for Financing

Buyers can optionally submit a pre-qualification form.

Submit Financing Application

Buyers interested in financing will submit their application through Ekho Checkout and receive a decision from our lenders within minutes.

Submit Stipulations (if applicable)

If applicable, buyers will submit stipulations from the lender before accepting their offer (e.g., proof of residence, proof of income).

Accept or Deny Offer

Buyers can either accept the financing offer or deny the offer and choose to pay via cash instead.

Sign Financing Paperwork

Buyers will e-sign the relevant paperwork required by the lender.

Pay Down Payment (if applicable)

If applicable, buyers will pay the required down payment via ACH bank transfer.

Payments

Buyers will be able to make payments from their Ekho Buyer Portal. Payments can be made via ACH or card. Ekho will automatically detect and block fraudulent activity.

KYC Verification

Ekho will perform extensive KYC verification processes to prevent fraud.

Submit Government Issued ID

Buyers can either upload or scan their ID.

Immediately Receive Results

Buyers will be immediately notified of success or failure. Ekho will take additional measures and validation processes if/when a verification fails.

Additional Verification Process by Retailers

If necessary, Retailers can perform additional verifications prior to fulfillment (e.g., endorsements, in-person verification).

Insurance Verification

Provide Insurance Requirements

Ekho will clearly outline the state registration and lender-specific insurance requirements.

Ekho will verify the purchased insurance against the state and lender’s requirements.

Titling & Registration

Generate Paperwork

Ekho will generate all necessary sales, titling, and registration paperwork for the buyer based on the requirements of the state registration, vehicle type, and payment selection, among other factors.

Collect Signatures

Ekho will work with the buyer to ensure all the paperwork is filled out properly.

Submit to the DMV (if applicable)

Ekho will submit all the paperwork to the relevant DMV office. The buyer will receive their title, plates, and/or registration in the mail.
