A Retailer will be tasked with a subset of these Retailer Action Items and payment of fees will be contingent upon their completion of these action items.

For a given order, the Retailer will be able to see all relevant action items categorized under action needed, upcoming, or completed.

Action Items

Confirm Receipt at Retail Location

Confirm the vehicle has arrived at your location. Marking this will initiate additional pre-fulfillment steps. Check the estimated arrival date for reference. For status questions, contact the OEM.‘

Confirm Assembly

Confirm the vehicle is fully assembled per the instructions for this specific model. If you encounter missing parts or damages, contact the OEM before proceeding.

Confirm Inspection

Confirm completion of pre-delivery inspection and testing per the OEM guidelines. Ensure all checks are met for quality and safety. If you encounter any issues, contact the OEM before proceeding.

Mark Ready to Fulfill

Confirm the vehicle is ready for fulfillment. The ability to begin fulfillment will appear once Ekho and the buyer has completed all their action items. Please do not begin fulfillment until the action item to begin delivery is available.

Endorsement (if applicable)

Optionally complete necessary endorsement checks for an order.

Additional KYC Verification (if applicable)

Optionally complete additional identity verification before fulfillment of the order.

Mark Fulfillment in Progress

Confirm the vehicle is in transit for home delivery. Reference the provided contact details to coordinate with the buyer to arrange delivery logistics.

Mark Delivery or Pickup Fulfilled

Confirm the buyer has successfully received the vehicle. Once marked as fulfilled, the order will be completed, and the retailer will receive their funds for this transaction.
